Tales to educate the aesthetic sensitivity

An enriching reading experience

Cuentos del Picogordo produces books introducing the reader to the appreciation of complex shapes, visual language, art expression and graphic art. Out of an innovative design and attractive hand-coloured illustrations, each of our tales requests a special sensitivity towards every aspect of the publishing work and get the youngest readers ready to face the intellectual challenge of the aesthetic experience.

More than reading

Special books
Picogordo’s books are hand-coloured by students from the ASPRODIQ occupational workshop, within programmes aiming at fostering skills development and giving students’social visibility.
Colouring books by hand is a chance for human and professional development for intellectual disabled people, who implement capabilities directly associated with skill, care and personal commitment to a job well-done.
